What’s the difference between coaching, consulting, and counseling?

Coaching is future-focused. It helps you set goals, build resilience, and create strategies to move forward. It’s about clarity, accountability, and action.
Consulting draws on my 25+ years in business, sales, and management. I provide direct advice, tools, and frameworks to help professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs solve specific challenges and grow.
Counseling is clinical and therapeutic. While I’m licensed in California as a Marriage & Family Therapist, my Heal.me practice is centered on coaching and consulting, which means we’ll focus on personal and professional growth rather than mental health treatment.
